Green Bay, WI. (May 12, 2023) - The Greater Green Bay Chamber is pleased to welcome Lisa Jossart as the Business Retention & Expansion Manager. Jossart replaces Eric DeKorne who was internally promoted to Vice President of Development in December 2022.
In her position, Jossart will administer and execute the business expansion and retention program and forward specific clients’ needs to the referral network’s appropriate service provider. She will work with stakeholders in the area to help marshal resources and/or programs to assist target employers with their various needs. In addition, Jossart will assist the Vice President of Economic Development, Kelly Armstrong, with special projects related but not limited to competitive intelligence analysis, incentive analysis, research projects, business attraction efforts, economic development investments, and other projects as they relate to the implementation of the Chamber’s overall economic development strategies.

Jossart comes from an almost 30-year corporate career where she has held senior and executive leadership roles in Marketing, Sales and Service, Strategic Partnership Development and Management, Community Engagement, and Business Resource Groups. Additionally, she has experience in strategic planning, professional development, communications, retail and tourism industries, fundraising, and event planning.

Jossart currently serves on the board of directors for the Greater Green Bay Habitat for Humanity and the Institute for Women's Leadership at UWGB, and on the Brown County United Way Marketing Committee.
