Greater Green Bay Strategic Plan
Invest in the Future of Greater Green Bay
The Greater Green Bay Economic Development Strategic Plan is the first of its kind for the region. The plan took 16 months and hundreds of people to carefully create what we want for Greater Green Bay in the future.
What’s most crucial about the plan is the hundreds of community members from business, government, academia, and nonprofits who co-created the plan and are implementing and owning the plan’s 11 initiatives. Its mere existence tells legislators, funders, and others how seriously our community takes its initiatives – and its future – because we’re all vested in one master plan.
Strategic Plan Focus Areas
In the 2021 update for the Greater Green Bay Economic Development Strategic Plan, seven restructured focus areas were established to own the plan's original 11 initiatives. Each focus area features a task force made of Greater Green Bay community and business leaders.
